The project for the new shopping centre appeared in the public in 2003 and the building itself was ready and opened three years later, on 9 June 2006.
Mall of Sofia is situated on the total area of 70,000 m² and has four floors. 35,000 m² of the total area go for the commercial and entertainment sector. 10,000 m² are offices.
